Paul completed the London Marathon!
On Sunday 27th April, Paul, one of the MHS Assistant Heads, ran the London Marathon and raised £4000 for the British Heart Foundation in the process. The 26.2 mile course was filled with over 57,000 runners and although being the 4th hottest London marathon on record, the event became a new Guinness World Record for the most ever finishers at a marathon.

Paul completed the marathon in 5 1/2 hours and collected his medal on The Mall watched by his family. Of the 761 BHF runners at the marathon and following a number of other fundraising events before the day, collectively the Team BHF raised a staggering £1.5million pounds! Thank you all for your support in the fundraising effort for a very worthy charity, which helps fund research and development into heart disease.
