Our school is co-educational for students aged between 5-18 with social, emotional or mental health needs. We are a small school with a capacity of 71.
Many of our pupils have had negative experiences of other schools in the past, and when they join us they may lack confidence and find relationships difficult.
Our staff work hard to change this and create a friendly and calm environment. As a result, most of our pupils now enjoy school and have good attendance levels.
We prioritise the personal development of our students and our team helps pupils learn how to get on with others. This might include learning together in the nearby park and woods or visiting local shops and businesses.
The philosophy of our school is based upon principles which are holistic, inclusive, aspirational and progressive.
All pupils at Manor House School will have access to an education that is personalised, engaging and will encompass a purposeful and balanced curriculum.
