Butterfly Release

Lemurs and Gorillas classes have enjoyed watching the caterpillars grow and were very excited to see them form their cocoon, before emerging as butterflies.  In these pictures you can see that the butterflies were fully grown and ready to be released. The children from both classes help to release the butterflies and they are already talking about getting more caterpillars next year. This has been an amazing learning opportunity for both classes.
